Hosts Sal Howell and Chef Andrew Winfield welcome Ocean Wise guest chefs for a “boat to plate” dining experience highlighting Ocean Wise approved sustainable seafood and local spring ingredients. Special guest Teddie Geach (Ocean Wise Program Coordinator) will share an overview of the program and the recent progress in assisting the recovery of declining fish stocks through education and informed seafood choices across Canada.
