To wind up Recreation’s year-long centennial celebrations, the New Year’s Eve Family Dance Party will illuminate the Municipal Building from 7 – 10 p.m. Dress in white, neon or anything that glows! Play games, ride a bike that will power exciting lighting effects, make your own glow-in-the-dark New Year’s Eve hat, watch fire dancers and snap your pictures in a photo booth and participate in the kid’s countdown at 9 p.m.
